Welcome to Doctra.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doctra.ai platform ("Platform", "Service"), operated by DocTime Limited ("DocTime", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at 2 George St, Grays RM17 6LY, United Kingdom.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Important Medical Disclaimer
Doctra.ai is an AI-powered health triage tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or prescriptions. The Service relies on artificial intelligence models, and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions. In a medical emergency, call 999 (UK), 911 (US), or your local emergency number immediately.
To use Doctra.ai, you must:
The Service is not intended for use in medical emergencies, life-threatening situations, or for children under 18. Parents and guardians should consult qualified paediatric healthcare professionals for children's health concerns.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@doctra.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false medical information may result in inaccurate triage assessments and could pose a risk to your health.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the Service or other users.
Doctra.ai provides an AI-driven symptom assessment and triage service. The AI analyses the symptoms you describe and generates a clinical summary (SOAP note) that is reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional. The output is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Triage assessments may be reviewed by licensed doctors through our platform. This review does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. The reviewing doctor provides a clinical opinion based solely on the information submitted through the platform.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocTime Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
